This is your ace in the hole for shoulder training. The Shoulder Press is a masterpiece of design. Scan the features, such as multi-position hand grips that isolate the shoulder muscles, a counterbalanced lift arm that reduces the start weight to 15 lbs and an exercise position that reduces rotator cuff torsion. Supplied with a 200 pound weight stack in 10-pound increments as standard. 250-pound and 300-pound weight stack upgrades are available.
