Who says you can’t find a good shoulder press? The Unilateral Shoulder Press from Legend Fitness has been dialed in just right. With it’s dual grip handles, coated in foam for extra grip, and the thickly padded, adjustable seat make pulling reps on this comfortable. The frame was designed to have more welds than bolts, so it’s extra sturdy and lower maintenance. The best part? You can select either arm or both, and either way you finish with a great converging motion.
Weight stack information
The starting weight on the Unilateral Shoulder Press is 15 pounds per arm. This machine comes standard with a 200-pound weight stack. If more weight is needed, the weight stack can be upgraded to 250 or 300 pounds. The Unilateral Shoulder Press also features 2:1 pulley reduction. This means that any selected weight will feel lighter by half due to an additional pulley between the user and the weight stack.
