Sold only as the complete Women’s Circuit, this is a set of eight pin select machines that were specifically designed with female users in mind. Each machine in this circuit was designed to better accommodate users between five and six feet tall. They also require minimal adjustments, which makes for easy, efficient circuit training. The eight machines in the Women’s Circuit were selected to provide a full body workout.
Included in this circuit are a Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Lever Lat, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Press, Standing Bicep, and Standing Tricep.
Weight Stack Information
The weight stacks on all eight machines have five-pound weight increments.
- Chest Press: 100 pounds
- Shoulder Press: 75 pounds
- Lever Lat: 100 pounds
- Leg Extension: 75 pounds
- Seated Leg Press: 200 pounds
- Standing Bicep: 75 pounds
- Standing Tricep: 75 pounds
All of the machines in the Women’s Circuit are available in all of our standard frame and upholstery colors.
NOTE: The feet of all pin select machines now feature 3.5 x 3-inch bolt-down tabs for enhanced safety and stability. The dimensions stated here properly reflect this change, but the bolt-down tabs may not be pictured in the photos above.
